Flowlayout java3/31/2023 ![]() I'm not saying a more complex requirement might benefit from a compounding solution (I'd be tempted to put the min/max/close and tab buttons in there own containers), but as a starting point, it's relatively simple. FlowLayout(int align), Creates a new flow layout manager with the indicated alignment and horizontal and vertical gaps with the default size of 5 pixels. You can change the alignment by using its setAlignment() method or passing. So, this solution is a single container, with a single layout manager. FlowLayout manager, positions the components in a container within a line from left to right, starting from top to bottom. By default, a FlowLayout aligns all components in the center of the container. FlowLayout FlowLayout is useful to arrange the components in a line one after the other. Gbc.anchor = GridBagConstraints.BASELINE_TRAILING Īrrgggh, the complexity burns, it burns □ sarcasm ![]() ![]() GridBagConstraints gbc = new GridBagConstraints() I would highly recommend GridBagLayout, it's one of the most flexible and configurable layout managers available, but it does bring with it complexity FlowLayout is a simple layout manager that tries to arrange components at their preferred sizes, from left to right and top to bottom in the container. You have to use GridLayout OR GridBagLayout instead of Flow-layout.First set GridBagLayout of northpanel and then add your required components, let say your radio buttons and wellcome label.
